How can educational customers access these apps?
For all Creative Cloud HED customers, you will already have access to the applications through your admin console. If you are a K12 establishment, then Substance is not currently included. We expect single apps to be made available in the not to distant future, otherwise you will need to purchase a HED license.

Adobe have made the Substance asset packs available to education through an unlimited academic site license, providing assets grouped by theme and industry – automotive, food, packaging, fashion, and much more!
