The Universities Apple Computer Group (UACG) launched a tender to renew the existing Apple Higher Education framework agreement that has been the leading supply channel for Apple equipment to the UK HE sector for the past 17 years.

Software Licence Resellers Agreement (SLRA)
Academia has been awarded on five lots of the Software License Resellers Agreement as the first ranked supplier for the supply of Adobe, VMware, Other Software and Software Services.

The framework is specifically aimed at Academies and School requirements. The four lots Academia have been awarded a place on are:

The Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) is owned and run on behalf of the Further Education Sector and represents the interests of 2700+ Colleges, Academies and Schools throughout the UK.

Oasis: ICT Goods and Services
Oasis Community Learning (OCL) was set up in 2004 with the express purpose of transforming learning, lives and communities through the development of the Oasis Academies. OCL has grown to be one of the largest sponsors of academies in the UK with around fifty primary and secondary schools.

The Technology Online Purchasing Content framework enables Academia to provide customers with a range of commoditised technology hardware and software products.

KCS Procurement Services
The Framework Agreement covers the provision of a full range of IT Hardware including new, refurbished and remanufactured as well as repair, disposal and associated services including support and maintenance.

EdTech Schools Programme
Caerphilly CBC, working in conjunction with the Welsh Government and all twenty-two local authorities in Wales, are leading on the development of a single procurement channel via a Dynamic Purchasing System (“DPS”) for local authorities to purchase technology products and associated services on behalf of their schools.
